I randomly decide that I am going to poach eggs, coincidently at the same time my husband randomly decides that he is going to learn to make hollandaise sauce (hmm maybe not so random after all). I have read other's tips and and descriptions, watched You Tube video after You Tube video and they have never looked this good. Could this be an auspicious start to the new year?
